The client's brief
The team behind a psychology-focused tech product came to us with a clear ask:
"We need serious growth through Reels and TikTok — no personal appearances, no filming, no in-house SMM team."
The client wanted to switch on an organic-traffic engine without burning resources on daily recording and content production. They needed:
- A real system, not creative chaos
- Scalability, not "one clip a week"
- Predictable, data-driven results
Stage 1: AI content analysis in the niche
Goal: understand which topics and formats are working for competitors right now.
🎯 A typical SMM agency analyzes 30–50 Reels. Using our AI agent, we analyzed 100,000+ Reels from 300+ top accounts in the Psychology niche.
The algorithm isolated topics, emotions, structures, phrasing, and durations. It identified what works right now and built a content matrix: what plays in the feed, how, and when.
Stage 2: A content plan built on data
Goal: systematically cover the key trending topics without repeating ourselves or wasting resources on random ideas.
What went into the content plan:
- Topics selected from the analysis (timely, with reach potential)
- Delivery formats: video answers, talking-head explainers, storytelling, expert takes
- Clip structures broken down by scene: opening, core idea, payoff
- Recurring segments — 4–5 repeating blocks that give the content rhythm and recognizability
- Goals for every post — what the viewer should do (retain, react, follow, click through)
Result: the client received a working 90-day content plan tailored to the Reels format — no filler, no overload.
Stage 3: Tailoring scripts to the client's brand
Goal: make every clip sound like "ours" — in meaning and in tone.
To make sure the clips genuinely reflected the company's values, we started by unpacking the brand:
- Studied the client's materials: websites, decks, product descriptions
- Ran several clarifying interviews
- Pinpointed the core beliefs, phrases, and accents
From this we built a Data Set — a dictionary of phrasing, tone, and semantic boundaries. It became the foundation for the AI that wrote the scripts.
A quick look at each document:
- Personality unpacking — the expert's character, tone, and archetype
- JTBD analysis — the jobs the audience wants the content to do for them
- Tone of Voice — the brand's communication style and visual principles
- Metrics and KPIs — how we measure performance and adapt the strategy
Stage 4: Writing viral scripts
Goal: make videos that don't just go out, but land in recommendations and rack up millions of views.
We don't make clips "on inspiration" — we write scripts based on data.
Script structure: 5 mandatory elements
After analyzing 2.5 million viral clips, we identified a recurring pattern:
- Hook — the opening line that sparks interest
- Reveal — explaining the core idea or setting up the topic
- Solution — advice, an approach, or a point of view
- Payoff — why it matters and what makes it different
- Call to action — a soft close
This logic became the backbone of an AI script generator trained on the specific niche and brand voice.
Stage 5: Video types and a systematic publishing cadence
Goal: ensure format variety and daily publishing with zero gaps.
The formats we used:
- Studio-style avatars — calm, expert delivery
- Avatars in motion — dynamic scenes, a sense of "live" presence
- Video meditations — slowed-down pacing, focus on the voice
- Personality and perception tests — viewer engagement
- Hype-news breakdowns — timely content
- Storytelling — delivery through situations, metaphors, emotions
- Motivational messages — support, engagement, trust
Consistency and reliability
- A buffer of at least 30 days of Reels ready in advance
- 2–3 clips a day on schedule
- Adapted to each platform's requirements
- Daily publishing, including weekends and holidays
- No client involvement — everything ran automatically
